Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. 

Warranty 
All of our products are covered by our free 1 year guarantee for indoor furniture and our free 5 year guarantee for outdoor furniture. If the product is received and there is a problem you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Please check your product upon delivery. If an item is visually damaged upon delivery, it must be signed as 'damaged'. The warranty starts on the day following your receipt of the product. If there is a problem with your product please contact us.

General 
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. 

Accuracy of Product Information 
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, We cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. 

Payment & Delivery 
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. Please note that all deliveries are kerbside and do not include installation. 

Payment Methods 
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or money transfer although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take approx. 10 days. 

Availability of Goods 
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. The majority of items offered for sale on this website are in stock and available for fast delivery.

Product Guarantees 
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the FREE Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Your goods will be replaced should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. THE FULL COST OF THE SERVICE CALL WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER IF WE FIND NO FAULT WITH YOUR PRODUCT (charged at £40.00 this includes return shipping). Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. 

Cancellation of Orders 

Returned Goods 
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Goods returned outside this 7 day period will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. We do not uplift items. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period. 

Other 
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
