About us.
Located in Hertfordshire, we are a family company with over 30 years experience in the furniture industry. Our mission is simple: to offer quality furniture at the best possible price. We achieve this by sourcing our products with the consumer in mind. We retail and distribute our ranges through over forty five major exhibitions and county shows nationwide, incorporating venues such as the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show and the world famous Royal Chelsea Flower Show where we were awarded the Order of Merit in 2003 & 2009.
We focus on three areas of furniture design, and this web site is divided into three sections dedicated to each of these individually. Whether you are interested in our superb range of hand finished

furniture, or our ever popular RetroRepublic designer range, you can be sure that all our items have been selected for their durability, quality and value for money. Most items can be viewed at our
retail outlet in St Albans. However, it is advisable to call on 01727825600 to ensure items are available for viewing as we cannot possibly display the entire range.
Indoor Solid Oak Furniture
Our
Devon and
Sienna
ranges are made using thoroughly seasoned
solid light oak. Selected for its natural beauty, smooth finish and hard wearing attributes, this light coloured oak furniture is hand finished to the highest standards. Most units are pre-assembled and all drawers are fitted with heavy duty aluminium runners, allowing full extension of the drawers and eliminating any wearing of timber surfaces. Dove tail and mortise and tenon joinery ensure a pleasing and robust finish throughout. All drawer inners and unit back panels are made using the same grade I oak, and all doors are fitted using countersunk hinges and locks.
Sunlander Hand Cast Aluminium
Our Sunlander hand-cast aluminium garden furniture is now in its tenth successful year. The range is manufactured using traditional casting methods which results in a pleasing textured, rustic finish whilst providing added strength compared to machine pressed aluminium products. All products carry a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty, and the furniture has been specifically developed with low maintenance in mind. It is important to use the correct materials when colouring aluminium, thus our products are treated with an acidic primer at the factory which etches into the metal before finally receiving two coats of dedicated metallic paint, ensuring surface colours do not bubble and eventually split. All chairs are welded and are designed to stack for easy transportation or storage, and all covers are weather resistant and removable.
